Everyone in my family works in real estate (a realtor, a broker, and a builder) so it hurts a little to admit that Jess is the best out there. Jess should be making millions of dollars at a hedge fund, VC firm, or some other job reserved for people that are way too smart and work way too hard. Instead she decided to be a ridiculously good realtor. I met her randomly at an open home and it was so obvious that she was the best realtor I would come across that I started working with her immediately. Since then I've bought and sold a million dollar plus home with her and there is absolutely no room for improvement in her work. She does tons of research, has a very realistic and logical approach, and is perfectly organized and professional. I've never worried that she is splitting her focus or letting things fall through the cracks, and I've always known she'll keep me in check if I get frustrated with a buyer or seller, or think my home is worth more than it is. If you've never bought or sold a home before, she'll walk you through every step and make sure you understand exactly what's going on. And if you've bought and sold dozens of homes, she'll keep everything organized and on track, make sure all goes smoothly, and when the inevitable hick-up occurs she will calmly facilitate solutions. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Jessica was everything you could hope for in an agent and more! We live on the other side of the country and were going through a bunch of very difficult life transitions. Jessica made the process of selling a house totally stress-free from start to finish. She helped communicate with the tenants we had living in our condo throughout the process and was able to negotiate a deal that was significantly better than the identical (and maybe even more polished) condo right next door. She even made it so that the gap between closing and our tenants leaving was non-existent which meant no lost income! She also went above and beyond by personally (with help from her husband) removing furniture and other stuff the previous tenants had left behind. She is amazing.
